A 50/50 white and red blend of the hybrid grapes Cayuga and Noiret. Light and peppery, the wine is in the style of a Northern Rhone red, though perhaps brighter than that overall. Very good with a light chill. The fruit is from the Hudson River Region of New York and the wine is made at Wild Arc Farm in Pine Bush. All hand harvested and fermented with wild yeasts. No filtering or fining and nothing is added save a small sulfites dose at crush.
