This ‘wild little fox’ is made up of 50% Cinsault and 50% Pais both from 100+ year old dry farmed vineyards, hand harvested and wild fermented, the Cinsault in steel and the Pais in concrete, then they are pressed off and aged in a combination of steel and old barrel for 9 months. Medium bodied with spicy, smoky red fruit and crushed rocks with an energetic lipsmacking finish. Rustic and charming.
