Val de Mer is a project from Chablis’ rising star vigneron Patrick Piuze. Originally from Québec, Piuze has made wine at some of Chablis greatest estates–Olivier Leflaive, La Maison Verget and Jean-Marc Brocard. His winemaking style is traditional, with as little manipulation as possible in order to let the purity and vibrancy inherent in the fruit to shine through. His AOC Chablis is fresh and clean, with bright green apple and lemony citrus aromas and flavors underpinned by classic Chablis chalky minerality. A perfect partner to crab.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely due to the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may alter at any time. You may not receive your order once the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
Your item should be in the original packaging and not be used. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
