Mora&Memo produces natural and organic wines that are able to transfer fully the characteristics of a land poor in the vine and wine before then. The Vermentino “Tino” Mora&Memo lives of their own philosophy, it is made brief contact with the skins before and on the lees for approximately six months. Sun, sea and wind; “Tino” enjoys a unique climate and this makes it a really interesting wine: the straw-yellow in the glass, it blends perfectly with brilliant greenish reflections, on the nose we are immediately surrounded by floral notes and intense plant, with hints of rosemary and thyme. A long lasting taste that accompanies the taste is well suited with fish in general, but also soups and pasta with light sauces and condiments.
