A liter bottle of lighter bodied red wine from a very low interventionist winemaker in the Czech Republic. A blend of Pinot Noir, Blaufrankisch, and St. Laurent all farmed organically and allowed to ferment with indigenous yeasts in open topped wooden vats. No fining or filtering and bottled with only a tiny dose of sulfites. Stemmy and peppery with charming cherry fruit.
