This project by Bernabeleva’s winemaking consultant is located in the subzone of Arganda del Rey to the south-east of Madrid. This area has a deep-rooted agricultural tradition with very old vineyards.
La Maldición Tinto Fino is made from Tempranillo and Malvar (white variety similar to the Palomino) grapes. The Tempranillo grape is destemmed and added to the must of the white grapes. It ferments in cement tanks, where it is aged for 5 months.
Marc Isart wanted to bring back the wines that country people used to drink. A wine that takes thirst away.
Staff review: This sultry Spanish red. Light on the palate, and ruby to the eye, this wine tastes of vanilla and berries. Perfect to share with drinkers of all walks. Enjoy with Mi Nina chips and dip available in the Market!
