A fragrant, dry white wine made from Albariño vines planted at 100 meters in elevation onto sand and granite soils. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed then fermented with ambient yeasts.
Tasty and fresh, with a good unctuous and very pleasant journey. Expressive fresh fruit as the protagonist, sour apple, lime. Contained acidity that accompanies us until it fills the palate and leaves us with a subtle bitter memory.
An ideal bottle to enjoy with paella.

“Apple and tropical fruit driven. With tons of character. Perfect white wine for seafood. Try with a Tuna Poke Bowl from The Market”
