The 100% Chardonnays from young winemaker Guilhem Goisot is no exception. In top vintages the domaine makes this reserve bottling, which they call Corps de Garde, which are made from the familys finest parcels of old vines in their top vineyards. They are meant to age for a few years and are exemplary expressions of their underlying terroirs and varietal composition. Certified Organic!
