Fedellos do Couto Conasbrancas is made predominantly with the Doña Blanca and Godello varieties. The vineyards are situated on the Lomba dos Ares plot, on granitic, shaley and sandy soils. The harvest is carried out manually, with fermentation carried out using its own yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in (500litre) barrels without movement of the lees.
White wine with body, but fresh and saline at the same time.
