100% Carbonically Macerated Zinfandel from Baldinelli Vineyard in Shenandoah Valley AVA (sub-AVA of Amador). Head-trained vines planted in the 90s on sandy loam soils. 21 day fermentation before being pressed into tank for 8 months of aging. 125 cases produced.
