Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Syrah Vineyard: Secret sites from the Willamette Valley (for the Pinot Noir) and the Columbia Valley (for the Syrah), both practicing organic or sustainable viticulture. Making of: Carbonic maceration on all lots, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Personality: Red raspberries, cherry hard candies, bramble, and minerals.
