Made from 45 year old vines grown in soils of micaschist and granite. The yields are low (40 hectolitres/hectare) and harvested at the last possible moment, resulting in vibrant, mature fruit flavors. Classic, bracing, salty, racy, seriously lip-smacking. A bottle opened 7 days ago is still fresh and drinking well!
