They take cacao from both Akesson Plantation of Madagascar and Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and combine it with organic cane sugar from the Green Cane Project of Brazil to craft into their very own 73% Northerner Blend. This balanced chocolate blend is complemented by delicate Guatemalan sea salt sprinkled onto the back of each bar.
