Cherry color of great intensity and vibrancy. The typicality of the variety is revealed in balsamic aromas such as mint or anise, accompanied by black fruits of toffee and spices that complete its aromatic picture.
In the mouth its volume and structure stand out, maintained during the finish with a lively sensation of freshness. Weight in the mouth.
Very ripe grapes, selected in sunny vineyards on the banks of the Ebro. Gentle and very regular fermentation at 28 ºC. Maceration for three weeks with periodic delestages and pumping over. After vatting, the wine is transferred to new oak barrels from central France where malolactic fermentation takes place for 8 days. The wine was aged in the same barrels for 4 to 8 months.
Staff Review:
“Give Graciano a go! This wine is medium bodied with a lively freshness. Typical of this varietal, the wine is very herbaceous. Enjoy”
