Ingredients: Farmer’s rum from Guadeloupe, pineapple, basil, cane sugar syrup.
THE STORY : Everything begins with a dessert – a basil syrup poured on a carpaccio of fresh pineapple, which constitutes the subtle alliance at the origin of this maceration. Only after numerous experiments and tastings was this recipe validated. Unveiled in November 2015 as a numbered limited edition, today it is a staple recipe in the ARHUMATIC range.
THE FRUIT : Two ingredients, pineapple and fresh basil, a subtle and delicious combination. Surprisingly, the basil, infused in syrup, makes the pineapple sublime and counterbalances its acidic notes. The perfect balance for this maceration. The pineapple, roasted in the oven, barely caramelised, gives a golden and light tint to this elixir.
SEASONALITY : Tropical exotic fruits are imported throughout the year and their presence on the stalls is not subject to the season. ARHUMATIC Basilicum Exoticum is therefore available all year round.
