New regulations in Italy, however, have opened up the opportunity for labeling wines Prosecco Rosé, and are now allowing for producers to blend the Glera grape with up to 10-15% Pinot Noir to make their Prosecco Roses for the masses!
Made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes this Prosecco Rose is effervescent and lively. A secondary fermentation in steel tanks produces long lasting bubbles with ripe red fruits and citrus.
