The Flying Bicycle is a modern style Rioja by our favourite Milu maker Germán R. Blanco. With no oak here, the wine retains an amazing freshness. The nose is very aromatic, fresh red fruit mixed with floral notes, leave it to breath in a glass and it will remind you of the candy apples at a fair. In the mouth you will discover a fresh, fruity wine with good acidity.
New personal project of the restless and always innovative winemaker and winemaker Germán R. Blanco. A small project to produce wines that transmit the terroir of the place, a Rioja that brings freshness to the market. Winery-to-vineyard elaborations, with micro-vinifications in different tanks and with minimal intervention.
