A simple blend of Gorgonzola and a little cream cheese, this house-made spread has been a staff favorite for decades. It melts like butter, so while spreading it on a cracker it the obvious choice, it is perhaps best enjoyed as a topping for steak or diluted with cream for a pasta sauce. It is also a decadent topping for bagels in the morning.
