“Siete Veces Diez” is a tribute bottle to the second generation of Cascahuin, commemorating the life of Don Chava Rosales. As a celebration of Don Chava Rosales’ life, who has embraced the teachings, challenges, and passion for tequila over the years, to bring us what we know today as Tequila Cascahuin, “Siete Veces Diez” is a recognition of the second generation of Cascahuin and a celebration, as in 2023, Salvador Rosales Torres turned 70 years old and currently serves as the CEO of Tequila Cascahuin.
This special edition is composed of a blend of three blanco tequilas, produced at the distillery, which underwent a separate 190-day aging process in American oak barrels. At the end of this time, a blend of reposado tequila was also made.
With a maturation time of 190 days, the tasting notes offer an aroma with fruity tones, as well as herbal and spicy notes characteristic of the agave, balanced with a touch of sweetness acquired during the barrel aging process.
