Making of: Whole-cluster macerated for 3 days, then pressed into a stainless tank. Aged for 10 months, no racking or stirring, bottled with a small 10ppm SO2 dose and
12g/L wildflower honey to add bubbles.
Notes: Cherry, raspberry, and granite.
