Hand-harvested. Grapes are crushed and the resulting must fermented into steel thanks at a controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation process is concluded without grape pressing. The sediment falls spontaneously on the bottom of the tank, avoid any micro-filtering of the product. In the spring a second fermentation takes place in bottle, at controlled pressure and temperature. After a patient refinement that takes at least four months, the wine is degorged.
A ruby red shade wine with a rich and persistent perlage at the smell emphasized by an aroma of violet and red berries. On the palate, the flavor is soft and firm, with scents that recall the great Lambrusco tradition.

Staff Review: Man, what a killer Italian Lambrusco! This medium-light red frizzante holds earthy notes with hints of black cherries, cranberries, and plums. Lovely on its own or with any fancy pork dish, and definitely for Pizza Night! (Did I mention it’s organic?)
