The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of viciousness and other complexities. ABV: 11.3%
Staff Review:
A perfect example of what a Belgian Quad should be.If you aren’t familiar with this kind of brew you may want to start with the Flying Fish Exit 4 of the Schafly Quad to get a taste for this one-of-a-kind style of beer. The untrained taster may not totally appreciate what the Rochefort 10 has to offer. This one is the real deal. Brewed at a Belgian monastery by the monks themselves, this is one of only three beers made at the brewery. So you know the quality will be unsurpassed. With the tastes of sweet malts, candied fruit, and vanilla, this thick and creamy Belgian has a ton of flavor. A must try for Quad fans!
